This estimate is based on what comparable flavors on our list actually price at. A real quote follows once we know the exact ingredients — some builds come in under this, some over. Custom flavors usually need a 2–3 week lead the first time.

Certificate of Insurance and W-9 — email Joseph and we will send them the same day.
Nutrition Facts panels — in preparation. We are having them laboratory verified rather than publishing calculated values, so they will follow once that is complete.
Product photography and point-of-sale material — we produce our own and will share it with any account carrying our product. Tell us what you need and what size.
Your order comes straight to Joseph. We confirm by phone or email before anything is made, so quantities and lead times get sorted first. Nothing is charged at this stage.
Minimum — none.
Lead time — 24 hours on standing flavors. New or provisional flavors may need a few extra days the first time.
Payment — under 10 tubs, due at pickup or delivery. 10 or more, 50% on order and the balance on delivery.
Tub deposit — $5.00 per tub, refunded when the tubs come back.
Cold chain — released hard-frozen at −10°F or below.
Allergens — a full allergen and handling sheet travels with every delivery and is the authority for the tubs you receive.
