Product leaves us hard-frozen. Refuse or flag any tub that arrives soft.

Hold at

0°F or below

Store in a freezer, not a dipping cabinet, until you are ready to serve it.

Temper before scooping

8–12°F, about 20 min

Straight from the freezer it is too hard to scoop cleanly.

Keep the lid seated

Between every service

An open tub picks up freezer burn and odours fast.

Do not refreeze

After thawing

Texture and food safety both suffer. Discard any tub that has fully thawed.

Scoop hygiene

One scoop per flavor

Especially between nut and non-nut flavors. Rinse between tubs.
